Seminole Nation of Oklahoma

The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma's Pumvhakv project focuses on increasing literacy in Seminole households and will expand services for learning and access for all ages to materials in the Seminole language. The project team will print 70 children's books in the Pumvhakv Library collection for dissemination to tribal citizens. Dissemination will be conducted through the circulation library and by providing copies to the three Seminole Nation Head Start Centers.
