National Civil Rights Museum

Lorraine Civil Rights Museum will cultivate a new generation of museum professionals by creating six paid internship positions in partnership with INROADS, a national organization providing logistical and operational support for internships. INROADS will identify, recruit, train, and provide monthly coaching for diverse, high-achieving college students and will work with the museum to provide salaried internship opportunities. The Lorraine Civil Rights Museum will train interns in the critical areas of operations, education, and communications to cost-effectively manage the changes and expanded work scope of a contemporary museum.
