Morton Arboretum

The Morton Arboretum will develop a cohesive values-based leadership curriculum and training program accessible to all employees at the arboretum that builds leadership capacity and strengthens organizational culture to nurture a sense of belonging for all staff. Project activities include developing training sessions based on the arboretum's five core values, implementing the newly developed training modules, and conducting ongoing employee engagement surveys to track progress. Project funds will support engaging two specialized training consultants to facilitate staff training. The resulting leadership training program will enhance the leadership curriculum and build a sustainable, enduring program with a focus on employee retention and engagement.
