Park City Museum

As it prepares to open a newly expanded facility, the Park City Museum will develop a business plan, write a new strategic plan, and train staff and volunteers to develop a sustainable strategic direction for the museum. An expert consultant will train staff and volunteers on strategic thinking before the strategic planning process begins. The museum will work with another expert consultant to assess the museum store, train staff in store management and best practices, and prepare a new business plan for the expanded space. The new strategic plan will incorporate the new learnings and include measurable outcomes.
