Delaware Art Museum

The Delaware Art Museum will complete the final phase of a multi-year collections accessibility plan designed to serve its diverse constituencies more effectively through expanded access to collections-related information and images. The project will involve inventorying, condition reporting, cataloging, rehousing, photographing, and creating online records for approximately 650 three-dimensional objects. Project activities will also include the purchase and installation of museum-quality shelving in the museum's collections storage area to improve the long-term care and preservation of the permanent collection. The project will expand collections storage capacity, improve storage conditions, and increase accessibility for museum staff and public audiences.
