Cincinnati Nature Center

Cincinnati Nature Center will develop a plan to amplify the impact of its constituents to address environmental and societal challenges through the practice of civil discourse. Expert consultants and staff will engage in dialogues with museum stakeholders to co-create and beta-test new programs, projects, training, and communication tools. Staff will evaluate the new initiatives, which will inform future programs with the goal to move conversations beyond outdoor recreation to civic engagement and conservation action. Project results will be shared with other nature centers seeking greater relevancy within their communities and better ways to activate civic engagement for sustainability, providing a path forward for connecting people not just to nature, but to one another.
