Save the Bay (Exploration Center and Aquarium)

Save the Bay will implement a fellowship program that provides hands-on training and professional development opportunities at the aquarium creating a school-to-career pathway for those underrepresented in environmental careers focusing on the ocean. Project activities include recruiting and onboarding two new fellows annually, training and mentoring fellows, and working with each fellow to develop and implement a year-long project. The project will result in a robust sustainable career pathway that expands organizational inclusion and encourages greater involvement in aquarium careers for those who are not well-represented in the field.
