Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center

Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center will expand on the success of its existing studio arts access classes by transforming them into programs that serve broader audiences. The new Creative Communities Studio Initiative will engage audiences that are currently underserved by museums. Participants will have the opportunity to enroll in complimentary art classes and to apply for scholarships to public art workshops. The museum will partner with community organizations and cultural competency consultants to design class curricula and recruit participants who can feel safe and welcomed in our cultural institution.
