Trustees of Reservations

The Trustees of Reservations will improve and expand access to their collections and archives through an online collections portal. Project activities include cataloguing fine arts collections that were recently acquired, and processing and cataloguing archival materials. Dedicated Curatorial Fellows and a Project Archivist will be hired to complete this work. The outcome of the project activities will be an integrated collections management system that includes objects and archives across two distinct museum collections, complete object records including photographs for 75% of each site’s collection, and a searchable online collections catalogue accessible to the general public.
