The New Children's Museum

The New Children’s Museum and its partners will develop a formal, coordinated disaster response plan at the local and state levels by surveying institutional preparedness and knowledge of resources, georeferencing the locations of cultural repositories, raising awareness of the importance and need for disaster response plans, developing a strategy for marshalling resources to act as first responders, and developing a simple, broadly applicable disaster response planning tool.
