Alele Museum and Public Library

The Alele Museum and Public Library in the Republic of the Marshall Islands will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2023-2027, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). In the Marshall Islands, specific goals address: 1) Maintaining, enhancing, and promoting literacy programs; 2) Maintaining, expanding, and promoting computer lab services; 3) Providing access to Marshallese historical documents and research resources contained within the library and museum collections to users and the public; and 4) Providing and promoting the professional development of the Alele workforce.
