Guam Public Library

The Guam Public Library System will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2023-2027, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). In Guam, specific goals include: 1) Expand, Support and Improve Library Programs and Services - including literacy programs strengthened through partnerships with community-based organizations; 2) Technology Advancement - including online database subscriptions and high-speed internet; and 3) Training, Workforce Development and Employment - helping library staff deliver efficient and effective library services.
