New Jersey State Library

The New Jersey State Library, an affiliate of Thomas Edison State University, will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2023-2027, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). In New Jersey, specific goals address: 1) Facilitating great end-to-end experiences with LSTA programs - at every point in the customer’s journey through a product or service, there is an opportunity to provide a consistently excellent experience; 2) Providing key value-add resources and process support - areas where statewide leadership, tools, and support would be most useful; and 3) Creating opportunities to customize and innovate at the local level - opportunities for mini-grants and equity/diversity/inclusion audits and tools.
